By creating an account or using Anthoo (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App
License to Use Anthoo
Anthoo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Anthoo retains all rights, titles, and interests in the App, including all intellectual property.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Anthoo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate information. Anthoo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior
Anthoo has no tolerance for objectionable, harmful, or abusive content or conduct. This includes harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, violence, illegal activity, impersonation, fraud, or content violating rights. Users who violate this policy may be suspended or banned.
User-Generated Content
By posting content, you grant Anthoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display the content solely to operate the App. You are responsible for your content. Anthoo may remove content violating these Terms.
Fitness Disclaimer
Anthoo does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness activity. Anthoo is not liable for injuries or harm.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand data usage.
Termination
Anthoo may suspend or terminate your access for violating Terms or harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time.
Updates & Modifications
Anthoo may update the App or Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
Limitation of Liability
Anthoo is not liable for damages from misuse, user content, technical issues, or data loss. Use is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Bangalore, Karnataka.
